TORPEDO-BOAT DISABLED
DURING ENGLISH MANOEUVRES. LONDON July 18. Whilst the Blue and Red fleets were fighting off Filey, Yorkshire, torpedoboat No. 27 was cut to the water-line in collision with another torpedo-boat. No. 27 arrived in port safely.
