OVER-INSURED
(Received July 11, 10.45 p.m.) LONDON, July 11. The Admiralty Division of the High Court has decided that the steamer British Standard, lost off tho Brazilian coast on May 25th,-1910, vlas sured to the extent of £6OOO, and that concealment of this fact Hbided the insurance policy. The Court refused to accept an allegation that Captain Bjand had negligently and prematurely abandoned the vessel.
