CANADIAN FLAGS
OTTAWA, Juno 7. Mr Lewis V. Haroourt, Secretary of State for tho Colonies, has officially informed the Governor-General that tho Union Jack and Canada’s national red ensign, with tho arms of tho Dominion of Canada, shall be the flags of Canada and of the Canadian mercantile marine respectively.
