On Wednesday last it was reported that Mr Morrish, postmaster at Boyanup, neax Bunbury, had encountered a burglar in his office on the previous night, and that the man, after wounding Morrish in tho breast with a revolver, got away with £25. Morrish has now confessed that'he stole tho money himself, and then shot himself to bolster, up the burglar story.
