A PRINCE’S FUNERAL
KAISER WILL NOT BE REPRESENTED. (Received May 23, 11 p.m.) LONDON, May 23.
The “Daily Telegraph’s” Berlin corrspondent reports that the : Kaiser has refused to be represented at the funeral of Prince George (son of the Duke of Cumberland), and has ordered that no member of ( the Hohenzollern family'shall attend.
