BRISBANE. May 23. A husband petitioned for nullity of marriage in unusual circumstances. He married his brother’s widow, and stated that respondent understood that he was unable to legally marry her. She was described as a spinster for the purpose of the ceremony. A decree was granted. Petitioner was ordered to provide for the three children of the marriage and pay respondent’s costs.
