PEOil OUE OWN CORRESPONDENT. : December 8. At the local police court to-day a young man, named A.K. Kerr was fined, £l' for disorderly behaviour, provoking a breach of the peace last 1 evening by becoming intoxicated and wishing to fight all and sundry.
