HEAVY DAMAGES
FOR SUBSIDENCE OF A SHIPYARD By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received December 6, 10 10 p.m.) LONDON, December 6. The High Court has awarded Doxford and Sons, shipbuilders, Sunderland, £102,000 damages for the subsidence of their shipyard owing to the IVearmouth Coal Company’s colliery being beneath it.
