TODAY'S ABEANGEMDNm Special cars at double fares will bi run to-night from Lambton station to Karori at 11, 11.30, and 12 o clockAll city cars will be diverted from Lambton quay and Willis street to Jervois quay from 7 p.m. . The Brooklyn and Aro street-cars will run to the corner of Willis and Manners streets only this.evening. During a portion of the evening it may be necessary to make Emtoul street junction the terminus for Newtown and Constable street cars. Special cars will leave Lambton station at midnight for Island . Bay, LyalJ Bay, Karori, and Seatoun; All farei will bo sixpence on city lines, and doubh fares on borough lines.
