READ A THIRD TIME IN THE , COMMONS. By Telegraph—Press Association—OopyrliM. (Received December 7, 0.45 a.m.) \ LONDON, December 6. The Coal Mines Bill has passed its third reading in the House of Commons. A clause was added disallowing a pit-brow boy, girl, or woman to lift or carry anything so heavy as to be likely to cause injury. The clause introduced by the Rand Committee prohibiting tho employment of women or girls at the pit-brow was omitted.;
