FRENCH MAIL ROBBERY
A SUPPOSED SEQUEL.
ANARCHIST WANTED FOR MURDER.

The police are searching for Bonnot, a notorious Lyons anarchist. Ho was seen at midnight bending over a dying man named Mandino, who was lying in the snow at Melun. He then hurriedly escaped in a motor-car.
A gamekeeper had previously heard the sound of shots.
The police suggest that Bonnot and Mandino quarrelled over tho booty, after participating in the recent robbery of the Indian mail. Bonnot’s motor-car was abandoned by the roadside. It has been identified as a stolen one.
The Indian mail was robbed while the train was in motion. Fifty mail-baas were opened and their contents, estimated at £120,000 in value, taken. It was believed that the robbers got away in a motor-car.
