Dick Arnst, champion sculler, lias made application by. cableto the New Zealand Athletic and Cycling Union for the remission of the balanceof live years’ • disqualification imposed in connection with the Dunlop road race of 1909. Arnst desires to compete in the six-days’ cycle race at Sydney ■in January.
