In the Legislative Assembly, Mr McGowen, the Premier, in reply to tho suggestion by Mr Fisher, Federal Prime Minister, when moving tho second reading of tho Commonwealth Bank Bill, that ultimately there would bo only one saVings bank in Australia, declared that tho State banks would go on whatever happened.
