Mr Justice Higgins’s amended award in connection with the shearing rates makes no substantial variations in the previous award. Adult shod hands are awarded 37s 6d per week, with 10s keep allowance. The wages for lads, aged eighteen to twenty-one, at woolscouring, is fixed at . 30s; under eighteen, 15s. The award has currency for five years.
