To combat the dear food trouble the Prussian Government lis lowering freights. VIENNA RIOTERS SENTENCED. (Received September 25, 9-50 p.m.) VIENNA, September 25. Twenty-three of the participants in the dear food riots have been sentenced, the maximum penalties aggregating ten and a half years.
