Kokovtsoff, Minister of Finance, nas been appointed Premier. The court martial has sentenced Bogroff, the assassin of M. Stolypin, to death by hanging. ; REQUIEM MASS IN LONDON. LONDON, September 23. A requiem mass for the late M. Stolypin was held at the Russian Church, in London. King George and the British Ministry were represented.
