CONGREGATIONAL CHURCHES
This week the annual district conference of the Wellington Congregational Churches will bo held in Wellington. In. addition to the representatives of tho city and suburban churches, delegates will bo present from Palmerston North, Napier, Masterton, and Nelson. Iho conference will occupy all Wednesday and Thursday, tho day meetings being held in tho Courtenay place church and the evening gatherings in tho Terrace church. - The Rev. AV. A. Evans will preside at the conference, and tho Hon. G. Fowlds, Minister of Education, will bo tho chairman of the Wednesday evening meeting.
