Ilio coastal steamer Arapawa is to he brought off the Wellington patent slip at 8 o'clock to-morrow morning, and will sail at 5 p.m to-morrow for Wanganui. The Kaitangata is now expected to leave Greymouth on Saturday for Melbourne and Adelaide. _ The Wellington • Harbour Femes steamer Duchess is laid up for her periodical overhaul. The vessel was due at Auckland last night-, and will probably lea-vo that port on Friday in continuation of her northward trip. Tho Hinemoa should be back at Wellington in about three weeks’ time. Messrs Bannatync and Co. advise that on Saturday. next the steamer Nikau will leave Wellington at 1 p.m. instead of 5 p.m. for Nelson. An early departure is being made to enable the vessel’s boilers to bo cleaned at Nelson. Tho Arahura arrived at Westport at 5 a.m, yesterday from Greymouth, and sailed at noon for: Nelson, Picton, and Wellington.
