The Sultan is free to conclude other international treaties, provided ho first submits his intention to France. THE ALLEGATION DENIED. LONDON, July 6. Reuter’s Paris correspondent states that tho alleged secret treaty between Franco and Morocco is fictitious. BRITISH INTERESTS INVOLVED. THE GOVERNMENT WILL PROTECT THEM. LONDON, July 6. Mr Asquith stated in the House of Commons that the new situation which had arisen in Morocco was likely to affect British interests.
