GENERAL FORECAST EOR TO-DAY (By tho Government MetscnrologtsV) Present indications (5 > p.m. Friday) are for cloudy and unsettled weather, with rain in most parts of the country. High northerly and westerly winds are probable generally. The barometer will probably fall again soon in the south for. a westerly storm area due to pass in the' early part of next week.
