Dr Mackay, interviewed in regard to his projected journey to the Antarctic, stated that he will start for Grahamsland in August, and will he absent two years. A relief ship will meet the party at the Great Ice Barrier or at Hut Point, hut if the ship is ice-bound the party will cross Boss's Ico Barrier for Shackleton’s or Scott’s huts in order to replenish supplies.
