STAFF TROUBLED OVER THE REORGANISATION.

The "Standard" says the whole of the Colonial Office staff is discontented at the proposed reorganisation. They claim that the area of promotion is narrowed, and those consigned to the Crown colonies are forced to accept offices of an inferior status.
