She wore a b.iautilul embroidered tulle veil and wreath of orange blossom, u.ud earned a lovely shower bouquet. ITcr bridesmaids wore' her sisiers Miss and Mis,-; Winilrcd Webster, and were gowned alike in eel.cate heliotrope Louisine silk, trimmed with bands of wide silk insertion, and with toadies of violet velvet on corsar.o, lanre black tulle hats wreiathod- with apple blossom; they carried beautiful bouquets of shaded purple flowers, and wore gold rings set with rubies, the gut of the bridegroom. Master Bobs Lusk, in an Eton suit. The bridcgioom was supported by Mr J'erhara no best man, and Mr Dawson Webster was groomsman. The service was fully choral, Kev. F. - G. Evans being the officiating clergyman. The church was most effectively decorated with masses of white agapanthus and variegated bamboo foliage, the work of Mrs Woodard ami her sisier. After the ceremonv a reception was held at Mr and Mrs Webster's residence, "I'ai Tawa." when a larjo number of guests were present. Lusk (sister of bride) wore a verj becoming toilette of saxe blue charmeuse, large blue hat, with long shaded blue plumes, shower bouquet of pink flowers; Mrs W. Webster (Stratford, sister-in-la.w of brido) pale blue chiffon taffetas, black hat with plumes; Mrs Clem Webster (sister-in-law) black and white stripod ninon, large plumed hat; Mrs Ken Webster (£W!erHn-la.w of bnidei, winis.-coloured taffetas, hat wreathed with wine and pink roses, pink bouquet; Mrs F. Watson( aunt of bride) brown taffetas, brown hat wreathed with salmon pink roses; Mrs D'Arcy Robertson, grey silk striped voile, black hat with plumes; Mrs Archie Robertson, white embroidered muslin, burnt straw hat wreathed with red and pink ro3es; Mrs Leatham, pale pink crepoline, with pink and blue silk embroidery, black hat with cluster of pink rosea; Mrs George Kyngdon. blue and white striped \oile, black plumed hat; Mrs Sladden, white linen coat and skirt, black hat; Mrs Bewley, blue and white voile, ostrich boa, black plumed hat; Mrs Balharry, whito embroidered muslin, black hat; Mrs Stacker,- pale grey crystalline, floral hat; Mrs Medley, blue.- silhstriped"crystalline, black plumed hat; Mrs Palmer, white embroidered linen, white boa, blac hat with plames; Mrs Cruickshank, creme coat and skirt with black facings, burnt straw bat wreathed with flowers; Mrs Cutfield, blaek spotted net over silk, black plumed hat; Miss Roy, white muslin, largo bln.ck hat with wreath of pink roses; Miss Standish, white hailstone muslin insertioned with Swis* embroidery threaded with mack velvet ribbon, large white hat with black velvet and forget-me-nots; Mies K. Watson, white embroidered muslin, bine hat; Miss Deacon white embroidered lawn, white hat with pink roses. Among the gentlemen were; Messrs Webster (5), R. B. Lusk, Frank Robertson, Stocker, A. Robertson, D'Arcy Robertson, Sid Sargeant, Balharry, A. B. Standish, Morton, Fenton, Bewley (2). The brido and bridegroom left by - motor for Stratfora, en route for Wanganni, where the honeymoon -will be spent, the bride's travelling dress being an amethyst cloth coat and skirt, ostrich boa, largo black hat with plumes. At -2.50 p.m. in St. Mary's Miss Dorothy Skinner, second daughter of Mr J. Skinner, was married to Mr Robert Scott, of tho Bank of New Zealand staff at Raetihi. The brido looked sweet in a gown of white ninon over taffetas, the tunic finished with band of white charmeuse, yoke and sleeves of delicate lace; she wore a large white satin-straw hat wreathed with \ery delicate grey and silver roses; her bridesmaid

was her sister. Miss Gwen Skinner, and she wore a white muslin insertioned frock, with coral cciuture and beautiful coral ornaments, largo white hat swathed with coral tulle, bouquet of red and coralshaded flowers; the bridegroom was accompanied by Mr Harry Skinner, who acted as best man. Afterwards a reception was held at Mr AV. Skinner's residence (uncle of the bride). Mrs Skinner (grandmother of the bride) wore black silk, black bonnet, bouquet of purple flowers; Mrs-W. Skinner, striped blaek and white net, with hand-painted pink roses, black plumed hat; Miss Irene Skinner fcousin of bride), white Shantung with yoke of Irish lace, vienx rose hat wreathed with rose lilac and with large silk bow; Stirs Lucy Skinner, delicate grey cashmere de eoie with silk embroidery, largo grey hat; Mrs Roy, grey voile with bands of silk, violel tonne, bouquet of mauve sweet neas; Miss Devonian, blue costume, black scarf, black plumed hat; Mrs Horrocks (Feilding), grey cashmere costume, black hat; the bride's r?oing-awa.y dress is a coat and skirt- of brown tweed with purple stripe, large purple hat with bunches of auriculas. The honeymoon is to be spent in the Auckland district.

At the Whitolev Church at 2 p.m. Miss May Ammiry, eldest daughter of Mr Walter Anibury, of Now Plymouth, was united in the bonds of matrimony with Mr Lewis Herbert Osborne, manager of tho State Fire Insurance Co.'s Southland branch. The bride wore a lovely gown of white chiffon tafletas, yoke of silk Maltese lace and tulle, veil of embroidered tulle, and beautiful bouquet of water-lilies, cactus dahlia--, and maidenhair fern.
