Harconrt, Secretary of State for the Colonies, in expressing tho Government's pleasure at tho Victorian Premier attending the Coronation, declares that -he is anxious, to welcome as many oversea Premiers as possible in order to discuss with them various questions of importance to their respective States. i JAPANESE REPRESENTATIVES.
