MR JUSTICE SIM CONDEMNED
LABOUR COMPLAINT TO THE MINISTER*. PRESS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN. December 1. At a meeting of tho Trades and Labour Council to-night a resolution was adopted, after an animated discussion, expressing surprise and indignation at the act of the president, of .tho Arbitration Court in refusing to make an award in theshearing-slied hands’dispute, ahdi asking the Minister to state how much longer he was going to- allow this persecution to continue, as upon his shoulders must rest all responsibility in the event of industrial revolt;-also instructing the executive to draw up a letter to the Minister . showing the "inconsistencies and unfair decisions of the jiresident of the Court,"
