Matters in connection with tho Now Zealand, Industrial Exhibition, to bo held in tho Harbour Board’s U and J sheds in May next, are progressing satisfactorily, and- tho various committees will soon be in active operation. , Numerous applications for space have already been received from intending exhibitors, and additional requests for allotment are being daily received by Mr E. F. Allen, secretary of the Industrial Association, the body promoting the exhibition. The space committee lias, recommended that a charge of 6d per square foot be made for stands having only one frontage, 9d a square foot for those having double frontage, and Is a square foot for stands with three frontages, the minimum charge to be •£!., Special arrangements must be made with the space committee for selling rights during the exhibition.
