NEW JAPANESE TARIFF
BRITISH EXPORTERS' GRIEVANCES TO BE INVESTIGATED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received November 22, 10,30 p.m.) LONDON, November 22. Mr Yabe, an official of the Japanese Finance Department, is coming to London to study exporters' grievances in connection with the tariff agitation, which has produced a marked effect in Japan. Count Hayashi suggests concessions by means of a conventional tariff with Britain, owing to Britain's special manufactures in which Japanese traders are interested.
