TOUGH OF RED OH BELT
An odd finish i* given to the belt of many a Russian blouse by a touch of rod leather. Sometimes it is just a piece of oblong- leather sowed on the belt at the bach, whore the blouse is fastened to the coat. .Sometimes patches of leather are sewed on the front, where the belt fastens.
