Papke, the world’s middleweight chain--pion since Ketchel’s death, fought Williams, Victoria's middleweight champion, at the Stadium at Rushcutter Bay. beforo 1200 spectators. Papke won in live rounds, William** having absolutely no chance against him. Papke therefore made good his claim t* the world's championship.
