Torrents of water and mud flowed down the .mountain side on to Torre del Greco. Two families were buried alive. Five of the bodies have been recovered. Several districts in Shlemo suffered. Railways were damaged and telegraph lines broken. (Received October 25, 10.40 p.m.) NAPLES, October 25. The floods invaded - Oetara, a fishing village,, killing twelve persons. A hurricane, with floods, mud, and boulders, following the cloud-burst, caused much havoc in Casamicciola. in the island of Ischia, and a dozen persons were tilled. There wore other victims of the storm on the slopes of Mbntenioola, and at Paocoamento many, were drowned and the remainder of the residents are homeless.
