WHAT THE PORTE WANTS.

PARIS, October 25. It is stated from Turkish sources in Berlin that Turkey is desirotis of raising .£15,000,000, in three annual instalments, to meet the deficits of the next two years. Thereafter it is expected the country’s Budgetary equilibrium will be restored.

Correspondence from the Porte, repudiating its own financial representative in Paris (who had agreed to the French terms) furnishes fresh proof that unwise and indiscreet influences axe becoming dominant in Turkey.
