WELLINGTON .-.ASSOCIATION. At a meeting of tho match committee of the Wellington Lawn Tennis Association lost night it was resolved that in men's B and D grades and iu ladies’ B grade ,a second round be played; that when circumstances compel the postponement of all matches they lie played tho following Saturday, but in tho event of only a portion of the matches being postponed then they- bo played at the end of the round: that matches played in town must all start at 1.45 p.m., and should a match not bo started by 2 o’clock then the defaulting team will lose two rubbers. Matches played in the suburbs must start at 2,15, but if not started by 2.30 the defaulting team will lose two rubbers. It was decided that when an emergency is played the team must play in order named on loam slip. In the event of any matches being unfinished it was resolved that they bo reported to the match committee, who reserve full poiy-er to deal, with tho matter. To facilitate tho match committee in this respect teams will bo requested to forward all score sheets with the results. DRAWINGS FOR SATURDAY. At a meeting of the, committee of the Otago Lawn Tennis Association to-night a motion was passed expressing strong dissatisfaction with the result of the Inst meeting of the New Zealand Association with regard to voting representation and tho salary to be paid to the secretary, tho local association being of opinion that it is very'improbable that clubs will agree to further levy under the present circumstances. as players have already been taxed for local purposes, and the association could not agree to payments in excess of those of previous years. ,
