'f the milking qualities of this herd, one of the cows has been milking continuously for three years. She and some of her progeny will be amongst the lot offered at tho sale. Some of the older cows are by " Duke of Eothsay," the only Bull to take four champion prizes at Christchurch, and the younger stock are by the importea bulls "Ambush" and "Charming Count."
