PRISONERS FOR SENTENCE
Tho Chief Justice {Sir Robert Stout) will pass sentence this morning on the following prisoners, who have admitted their guilt in the lower court: Te Roro Tokaiwa, burglary at Moturoa; Olaf Aanensen, escaping from custody aX *Westport; Harry Neil, alias Henry Lowers, alias Alfred Lister, alias Harry Cool*, theft of greyhound at Waverley: and Charles Bnckland. three charges of burglary at Eltham.
