WORK BEING RESUMED EVERYWHERE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyriehi PARIS, October 18. The Bailwaymen's Strike Committee has decided that work shall be resumed everywhere, and all systems are running on normal time-tables. A BOMB OUTRAGE. PARIS, October 18. A bomb flung at the entrance of a tunnel at Versailles missed a passing train. It burst with a terrific noise, and ploughed a hole in the permanent way. OPPOSITION TO REINSTATEMENT. PARIS, October 18. The newspapers in Paris urge the Gov. eminent to turn a deaf ear to the demands to reinstate the dismissed railway strikers. They recall the bad results of the reinstatement of the postmen.
