Opinion in Liverpool is that it is more likely that Messrs Leopold ILjrsch, J. H. Hammond, and D. Sully will form a new company (with a capital of .£3,000,000) to work ah improved method of ginning than that they will, as reported recently, establish warehouses in the "United States cotton belt capable of storing the world's demand for a year, and thereby prevent the formation of corners. . , ■
