"Flummery" (Brooklyn).-First New Zealand Continent left Wellington October .20th. 1899; Imperial troops arrived in Wellington Febr'uary. 9th. 1901; Duke of York arrived in Wellington June 17th. 1901. "Retail shopkeeper."-Overbooming _ and speculation produced the slump. There are already indications of recovery. The hanks have plenty of money. Carefulness and confidence is what is wanted. "J.
