“NEW ZEALAND TIMES" AGAIN ANOTHER QUESTION ASKED. The now Wellington Hospital and Charitable Aid Board had the question! of “confidential” reports raised before it at its meeting yesterday afternoon. When tho policy committee’s report was being considered Mr J. E. Mr Fitzgerald said lie had noticed* vhat all his reports of sub-committees' business were marked “confidential,” Ho wanted to know who supplied the information. Was it right that it should have been supplied when the report was marked “confidential?” The chairman (Mr J. G. W. Aitkon) said.lie thought it was quit© right that copies of reports should ho marked confidential. Tie. thought it was a very wrong thing on the part of whoever it was gave the information t-o the press. He oo'ukl not apprehend any member of thei hoard doing such a. tiling, and ho was quite satisfied that however tho information was obtained if was not friom the officers, because he had scon tho secretary amid he was sure it was not that official who had furnished' tike inib’miaiion.
