At the same time I would make a careful comparison of the industrial conditions of the various countries to be visited throughout the- world with a view to placing the results (of my observations on record for ;the benefit of my fellow colonists. Therefore, in all sincerity I urge the producer, those engaged commercially, and artisans to reflect well before casting thoir votes in this important contest.
