REPRISALS AT KIEL STRIKE AGAINST THE FRANCHISE LIMITATIONS. AN AFFRAY WITH POLICE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received .March 16, 9.20 p.m.) BERLIN, March 16. Eighty per cent, of the workmen in Krupp's Germania shipbuilding yard at Kiel have struck for a weekly halfholiday, and as a protest against the limitations of the Prussian Franchise Bill. Blany workers from other yards harvo joined them, and 10,000 men are now out. A violent collision occurred between the strikers and the police, and . the latter, becoming hard pressed, took refuge in shops, the windows of which wore smashed.
Ten demonstrators and several police were injured.
