TYPHOID AT JERUSALEM

Mr Radelifie, a settler in the vicin : ity of Jerusalem, up the Wanganui river, reports that an outbreak of tvr/hoid has broken out in the Maori pa" at Jerusalem. Six cases have occurred no to the present, and several deaths have taken place. Mr Bad--cliffe says that a native doctor wan -there a week ago, but so far nothing .has been done to check the disease.
