MR A. W. HOGG. M.P.

WILL NOT DESERT MASTEETON. PEESB ASSOCIATION. MASTEETON, March 14. Interviewed this morning, Mr A. W. Hogg stated that there was no foundation for the rumour that he intended to contest a seat in the Auckland, district in the interests of the Labour party. Ho could not think of leaving a constituency like Masterton, which he looked upon as his political birthplace, and where he had been> returned by such a great majority at every contested election. It would be most ungrateful to desert a constituency like that, ajad he had no intention of doing so.
