WORKMEN ARRESTED FOR STEALING METAL. Cy telegraph— Press Association—Copyright. -NEW YORK, March 10. Thp “ New York Herald’s ” Yokohama correspondent 1 states' that the police have arrested seventeen clerks and workmen employed in the Yokosuka naval arsenal, on charges of purloining several thousand pounds’ worth of platinum , and other metals. 1 The charges cover a period since 1902.
