MUNICIPAL ELECTION. THREE COUNCILLORS REJECTED. I-EEB3 ASSOCIATION. NAPIER, March 2. The municipal election's to fill five vacancies caused hy the disqualification of councillors through supplying goods to the council resulted in the Irtibum of Meters J. J. Niven, E. (Crowley, F. Dee, J. P. Thomson and J. Speuice. The only members reelected were Messrs Crowley and Thomson. There were sixteen candidates. The three former councillors who lost their seats were Messrs A. E. itjaigleton, K. Reecham, and €h Widor-b-troin.
