KITCHEN TEA AT SEATOUN
On AVednesday afternoon, at the Tea Kiosk, Seatoun. a kitchen and china tea was given by Mrs Magill to Miss Ethel Wright, who is to be married shortly. The tea room was converted into a lounge, soft rugs and easy chairs helping to increase the cosiness. The tables, on which dainty refreshments . wero spread, were decorated with coreopsis and palms. Mrs Magill. wore a black silk frock with a front panel'of jet. Her hat was black and plumed. The bride-elect wore a dainty white muslin frock. During the afternoon songs were rendered by the Misses. Driscoll (2), and Mrs Muir recited. . Competitions served to liven the afternoon. Many useful and ornamental'presents'were received. • Amongst those present were Mrs Sim, Mrs-Brodie. Mirs Clouston. Mrs Aitken, Mrs Wright, Mrs Hawson, Mrs Mellerish, Mrs Flux, Mrs Crammond, Mrs MoClelland, Misses Wright (England), Clark, Aiken, Vance and Driscoll (2).
