Invercargill solicitor, and a hoarder with tho Polls, was charged with having unlawfully kept liquor for salo,_ and having assisted in. the- commission of an offence, to wit, unlawfully keeping liquor for sale. _ _ After some discussion, in which Neave (who conducted his own case) argued that the information had been loosely laid,, and that there was no case to answer, an adjournment to Wednesday next was made, tho Magistrate intimating that before that date he would say whether Neave bad a case to answer, and that Neave, must then ho ready to go on.
