FESTIVAL OF THE EMPIRE

Mr Burdett-Coutts, M.P. for Westminster, has offered the promoters of the Festival of tho Empire, to he held at the Crystal Palace during the coming summer the use of his house, No. 81, Piccadilly, as a clubhouse for the twelve hundred colonial delegates participating in the pageant. Arrangements are being made for the delegates to visit places of interest in England.
