WHY "C. A. C." CARTRIDGES ARE BEST.
There is a continuous flood of «n« photic testimony to the quality of C.A.C. cartridges, and there are no complaints to sot agninst tho general satisfaction. Mr Gordon Butler, of Tokaanu, Lake Taupo, writes: "Tho ammunition; sorat is very reliable and effective and seems verv .easy indeed on the gun. It does not kick at all, though hitting a« hard, and a good deal harder, than, many makes of repute." Then wo have Mr J. H. Stiecdman, of • Waihi, who writes: "I wish, to state that the first tune I used your cartridges I shot seven pheasants omd two pigeons out .of ten shots. I used both No. 5 and No. 6 shot) and considered the result very satisfaotorv. I might also state that 1 was only shooting abou'c three hours and over ' rough country. Tha day I left, I shot throe pheasants out of four shots, and one of the birds I secured with No. 8 shot." About tho same timo came a word from Mr Charles It. Barnes, of Wairangi: "I have much pleasure instating tlie eood results obtained with your cartridges. Once I killed three raibhita with one 'shot,' and I havo killed two - with ono shot on several occasions. I havo never had one eartridVo misfire, and I recommend them to others as a pleasure, to use." It should be noted that the C.A.C. cartridge Mr Barael usually selects is "Favourite," with No. •1 shot. N Of especial interest to pigeon l shots ii the testimony of Messrs Long Brothers, of Matamata. "The; C.A.C. cartridges did the best shootim; at the local pigeon, (raps at the - last Shoot, and we should like to see your cartridges used at future Shoots." It is to be'remarked that this unsolici-. ted. testimony is all from keen'mem of business and expert . marksmen, who speak from full experience, and who.hava.v no • special connection with or special in- '■ tenest in the Colonial Ammunition ComEany.
