Every article is manufactured of thoroughly seasoned timber and is guaranteed not to shrink or warp, a thing that so often happens when furniture" is made with inferior woods. In addition to manufacturing, Messrs Shortt" import very extensively such goods as All-Brass, and Black and Brass Bedsteads, in all sizes (both Italian and French), Carpets, Rugs, I/inoleums, Overmantles, Chairs of all sorts, Toilet Sets, Oak Sideboards and other English furniture, Fenders, Copper and All-Brass Kerbs, Fire Brasses, Cutlery, etc., so that those furnishing can have the ivbole of their wants supplied by this enterprising firm. For the benefit of those living out of Wellington, all orders are carefully packed and delivered to the tram or steamer without extra charge.
