The output and export of coal from Westport for October totalled respectively 54,937 tons and 52,243 tons. Of this amount 3010 tons were shipped to foreign ports, viz., per Koromiko to Sydney 2600 tons, to Fiji per Navua 400 tons. KIA ORA’S MOVEMENTS. Tho Shaw, Savin and Albion Company’s steamer Kia Ora is to sail from fort Chalmers on Thursday next for Picton, for Homeward loading. _ She is to leave Picton on the 13th for Gisborne, and is due there on tho 15th. Two days later the Kia Ora will sail for Napier, where she is duo on the 18th. On the 20th the vessel will sail for Lyttelton, and is due there on the 22nd.
